The space There is a king bed in one bedroom & two Twin XL trundle beds in the other bedroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, yard, dock & waterfront lot located across the street from the front of the home! Summertime guests can take advantage of the dock by bringing their own boat(s) as it can fit 1-2 boats 25ft in length or less, or jet skis! Guests are also allowed usage of provided kayaks & paddle board! Guests do not have access to the garage. Other things to note This special home can be rented nightly, weekly or monthly+.
