The space We rent a modern, well-equipped apartment with 41 m² (completed December 2022) incl. a balcony, parking space in the underground garage with individual wallbox and lockable basement room. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of building D (see layout plan). It consists of a hallway, a modern bathroom with a large shower and a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the living room. In the bedroom there is an office desk from which, for example, home office work can be done well. Large and floor-level windows with good light characterize the rooms of the apartment. No smoking (including e-cigarettes) inside the apartment and on the balcony. Guest access Green Hills is a 5-minute walk from the train station in Sachsenheim, with direct train connections to Bietigheim-Bissingen (10 min), Ludwigsburg (18-26 min) and Stuttgart (40-50 min). In a few minutes you are on the B27 or A81 if you want to reach your destinations by car.
