The gite is located on a 16 ha property, 4 of which are fenced It offers peace and relaxation in the old walls of a former winery with the limestone walls typical of this region, which already radiate a rustic and cozy atmosphere. The spacious room accommodates a double bed and a large sofa bed for two people, as well as a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open kitchen, a pool table and a direct exit to the terrace. The space The gite is open plan. The entrance leads to the gallery with the entrance area, a large double bed and a small sitting area. From the bed you can look through the large glass front into the garden. Downstairs you will find the lower level, where the separate toilet, bathroom and the hall with pool table and open kitchen are located. There is also a very comfortable sofa bed if needed. From here you can go to your own terrace, where you can be all by yourself. Yes, and while we are thinking outside, the gite is absolutely rural on a 16 ha plot on the top of one of the high hills that characterize the landscape. From there you have magnificent views of the Massif Central and with a clear view of the Pyrenees. Our sunrises and sunsets are always spectacular. From here you can take hour-long hikes through the remote and peaceful nature. Whether with children, dogs or horses, all are welcome. For children, probably the biggest highlight will be when the planned pool is ready next season. Until then, the best and shortest way to swim is to go to the Lot River. Best swimming spots and also very suitable for the stand up paddle that can be rented from us. Around the gite there are about 4 hectares of fenced area available and on the other 12 hectares you can take a relaxing walk. Also and especially with dogs. If you want to come with a horse, there are up to 4 parking spaces in the open stable, as well as a 3 ha paddock. In general, this region is very rural. There is very little tourism, more individualism. The people who come here are looking for peace to relax. You will find it here… Nevertheless, here you will encounter probably the most French France, in its entire originality. However, there is plenty of supply for day trips. Be it the old fortress town of Lauzerte, just 15 minutes away, the typical wonderful French markets in many cities of the region, sometimes big, sometimes small and always worth seeing. Mountain biking is also very suitable and popular there as well as in the immediate vicinity of our gite. With all the possibilities, however, relaxing is at the forefront. A little reduction, without sacrificing the good things that France has to offer - the good food that can be conjured up from these excellent products, wines for every taste and budget and people who are often so much more valuable than appearances. If your dogs are also compatible, they can move together on the fenced 4 ha as they want. With the many visitors with dogs and sometimes also initial reservations of my guests, there were never any problems. On the contrary, many guest dogs have enjoyed the small pack life very much!
