An atmospheric cottage near the slope with a garden

🌼🌺🐰🐑 A cottage on the second floor of Grandpa Alek's former carpentry shop, with a panorama of the Tatra Mountains from a large balcony. A cozy beach by the stream at the end of the property, a garden, and a playground. There are hens, ducks, and rabbits to pet. Behind the fence, you'll often find sheep and cows, including the cows of our friend Baca. Most of the sheep graze in the clearings during the warm season, and in winter you will find the whole flock in the sheepfold behind the fence. Nearby are the largest thermal baths and numerous attractions, mountain trails and valleys. There's a bus stop right next door. Easy and quick access to Zakopane. The space -> our cottage is about 37 m2: downstairs: living room with sofa, smart TV, kitchenette, dining table with armchairs, bathroom with shower; on the mezzanine: two comfortable floor mattresses 160x200 -> the kitchenette is equipped with: a dishwasher, a fridge, an induction hob, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and pots, cutlery, tableware -> in the living room there is a smart TV with Netflix, radio and books, you can also use free WiFi -> we provide a foldable clothes dryer and a handy ironing steamer -> we have air conditioning, so the house is pleasant in summer and winter -> the building is away from the street, the balcony and most of the windows face east, to the garden -> we have one parking space -> you can buy fresh eggs from our hens on site, and in season also herbs and vegetables Guest access Our guests have at their disposal: -> exclusive cottage -> private balcony with two sun loungers -> garden with attractions for children: large sandpit, stork's nest swing, mud kitchen (in season) -> garden fireplace -> hammock (in season) -> a rocky beach and a meadow by the Czarny Dunajec river Other things to note There is a hen house with a paddock for our happy hens on the property. Our (indirect) neighbor is a real shepherd who raises sheep. They can often be seen from the balcony. Shepherd dogs are friendly and sometimes visit us.
