The Windmill in Ierissos is a historic building carefully restored to its former glory in the 2006, with a unique aesthetic, natural materials, still possesing the good energy of people who were working there for life’s bare essentials for more than a century, now turned into vacation home. It is ideal for young couples or families looking for special place to relax. The view from the property, which overlooks the bay of Ierissos provide a lovely environment for a great stay and luxury holiday. The space The Windmill in Ierissos is ideally located in a quiet area of the village. The windmill sleeps 4 & measures approx. 70 sq.m in three levels. The Ground level contains the living room, enough space to leave your personal things, as you return from the beach, there is one small bathroom (not shower included) with a washing machine, which you are free to use, smart tv and one sofa which can turn in bed for 2. windows facing east and north. Stairs lead up to 1st level (12steps): Open plan kitchen equipped with coffee machine, toaster, a normal two hob cooker + extractor hood, smart tv, and a small fridge. Small dining table with 4 chairs. windows facing: east, north and south. Stairs leads up to 2nd level (12 steps): 1 double bed bedroom, 1 closet, 1 chair, 2 nightstands and clothes hangers, smart tv and also includes safety box for you personal belongings. Its private bathroom with step-in shower. windows facing: east, north and south. Other things to note The Windmill in Ierissos is in a quiet area of the village. In front of the sea next to Milos café, which is an excellent place to drink your coffee, enjoy your brunch in the morning or drink cocktails at night. We can prepare your breakfast if you wish (with extra cost, from May to September) and serve it in your room after request! Milos cafe is crowded the busy hours but you will have no problem with music. The windmill has excellent new frames that keep noise out! ☆ We would like you to be careful with the use of the linen (towels) provided to you, during your stay. ☆ Please do not wash off the face make-up with them, they leave stains which are difficult to remove in the wash (even at 90°) with the result that they become unusable. In case of misuse, extra charges will be requested for their replacement. ☆ Please do not throw objects or toilet paper into the toilet. ☆ You are kindly requested not to walk in wooden floors wearing high heels. it destroys the wooden floor. ☆ You are kindly requested not enter the property with beach sand on your feet.
