Guest access You will have full access to the garden unit, including the adjacent room at the end of the hallway housing two brand new Samsung washer dryer units. The outside spaces are reserved for the full time residents of the building, however if you have a need or simply would like access please message prior to booking and I will consider the request. Other things to note Weekly and monthly discounts are available, possibly for less than the advertised 10% and 25% advertised rates. Please inquire. If you are traveling with more than 2 guests, your stay needs to be cleared prior to booking. The couch does fold out which adds to the sleeping arrangement. Pets allowed with no additional charge however they must be approved prior to the booking being accepted.
