Welcome to our brand new, peaceful and crisp apartment in the recently finished (June 2022)Seifert residence! Located in Prague's hip&local neighbourhood of Žižkov. Fantastic public transport connection, within walking distance to the city centre! Just two tram stops away from the Train Station! Recently finished just to accommodate your every need. Perfectly suited for a business trip, casual stay with a loved one or a summer solo retreat! Breakfast at Seifer Brunch café right in the building. The space Our apartment consists of: Spacious bedroom with a fully equipped kitchenette Bathroom Guest access The apartment is completely private. You will also have access to the building yard and a shared balcony on each building level. Other things to note Important Information: Offsite parking is available nearby, you can book it on mrparkit com. Please note the sauna is shared with other guests and is open daily from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please note that there are still minor renovations being finished in the building and there may be increased levels of dust and noise during the day. On the ground floor of the building, you’ll find a cozy café Seifert's Brunch that adds to the atmosphere of the house. You’re very welcome to enjoy the café as well, with a special breakfast offer available for our guests at a discounted price of €12. Kindly be informed that as per legal regulations, we are required to register all guests and collect a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night. We will send you a payment link shortly before your stay or we settle it during check-in. Please note that this includes a small processing fee.
