The space This incredible accommodation is divided into two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and balcony, a practical kitchen and a bright living room. The apartment consists of a large hallway, with clean and clear lines, with a small workspace for guests who require it. On the right is the bright living room with a double balcony overlooking the characteristic palm trees of the Gran Vía. Through the tall windows, Valencian sunlight enters and naturally illuminates the space. The dining area mixes classic Nordic lines with elements of character, and is the perfect space for guests to enjoy their meals in a pleasant way. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa to relax after a long day visiting the city and a reading area where you can enjoy a good book. Equipped with television, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, this living room is the perfect space to share with your family or friends on your visit to Valencia. The master bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed 150 cm wide, ample storage space, air conditioning and a small balcony that lets in natural light for 8 hours. This room has a full and integrated bathroom, with a bathtub/shower where you can enjoy a pleasant bath and equipped with everything necessary for the personal care of our guests. The secondary bedroom, with clear lines and warm details, also consists of a 150 cm wide double bed, a dressing table for the main toilet and a double closet that allows the storage of guests' personal belongings. In addition, this apartment has a second full bathroom, with a comfortable shower and everything necessary for guests' grooming. Finally, you will find a simple and practical kitchen, with a washing machine, dishwasher and a small glass breakfast table; everything you need to prepare your meals. Guest access - Not accessible for people with reduced mobility. - Once you have the keys, you can have access to the entire house. There are several bicycle rental stores near the apartment, but you can also rent a bicycle called 'Valenbici', which is located in the vicinity of the apartment. It's great for walking around the city, the Turia River or to get to the beach. Other things to note - If you land at Valencia airport and are looking for how to get to the apartment, we can send you a door-to-door taxi, which will wait for you with your name written on a piece of paper for a low fixed price. - Another option is to take the metro at the airport for 5 euros per person and get off at the "Xativa" station located just a few minutes from the apartment. Metro hours are from 5:30 to 23:30, every day with a frequency of 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the time. - If you travel by train, the North station is also just a 5-minute walk away, and the Joaquín Sorolla AVE station is just 16 minutes away.
