This is a completely renovated unit, completed in late 2021. We had the whole floor gutted and rebuilt. It is the entire floor of the building. All three bedrooms are large by NYC standards. You will not have neighbors. We are at 57th ST & 8th Ave, which means Central Park, Theater District, and Shopping, but no noise! It has been soundproofed! The space This apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. That means 3 flights of stairs. For you Europeans and Asians, that's the 3rd floor. Before continuing, please make sure you are ok with this. The stairs aren't challenging but they are there and you need to know about them. We want you to be comfortable so only book this apartment if your entire group is healthy and able. The finishings are all top of the line. The appliances are high-end, beautiful name brand furniture, it's all been thought of. Each room has a queen bed. The electronics are all as nice as you would expect in a place such as this.
