Nice and spacious apartment in the basement located in attractive Luthagen/Uppsala. Approximately 5-minute walk from Uppsala Cathedral and Uppsala City. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped. All necessary services are available in the immediate vicinity of the home. Here you live in the heart of Uppsala and our aim is to make guests feel at home in a place where nothing is missing. There is plenty of parking in the area for guests with cars, the fee is paid via the app on the phone. The space The apartment consists of a large welcoming hall with good storage. Separate bedroom with double bed (180 cm) and separate wardrobes, large living room with sofa bed (140 cm) in the TV area and dining table with room for four people. The kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and all other relevant equipment. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and sauna. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. All surfaces are brightly painted and renovated in 2021, the apartment is in good condition. The accommodation is very central but still secluded, calm and quiet. In the immediate vicinity of the residence there are several parks, playgrounds, restaurants and a supermarket. Guest access Guests have access to the entire basement floor, which is separate from our residential building above. The house has concrete floors, which means that the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Other things to note The host hires a professional cleaning company before the arrival of the guests, who also wash and make the bed. Bed linens, blankets and pillows for the sofa bed are in the closet for guests to make the bed themselves. The host also provides towels for all guests in the company.
