New house for family in Ubatuba

We are Néia and José, and we will receive your family with great affection. We have prepared a very spacious and comfortable house, with everything brand new; box bed, fans, 2 Smart TVs and high-speed internet, stove and refrigerator. And there had to be a barbecue, right? Located in Sertão da Quina, just 4 km from Maranduba Beach. We live next door, and we'll be available to assist you. The space We provide: Blender, cake mixer, electric rice cooker, orange juicer, glass pan and sandwich maker. There are 3 floor fans as well. Highlight for the large table and wooden benches near the barbecue. There are 2 TVs, one in the en-suite and another in bedroom 02. Bedroom 01 has none. Guest access The covered garage can fit 2 cars. So each house is entitled to 1 parking space in the covered garage. In addition, José built a garage across the street. See the photos in the ad 😉 Other things to note We live on a cul-de-sac and the neighborhood is very quiet, we know everyone in the area. If more than 2 cars come, they can park on the street because we have a motorcycle patrol. We guarantee safety in the area.
