The space This a semi detached property in a quiet residential area in Chilwell. The property has 4 bedrooms in total. Parking is also available on the side of the road where spaces are usually always available. Guest access Access to bedroom / kitchen / bathroom / toilet. During your stay I will not live in the property however I will frequently visit the property to clean the shared areas and ensure it is maintained. You can contact me at anytime on Airbnb and I will respond ASAP. Other things to note You will access the property to the front of the house. Upon arrival you will get the front door key to the property from a security box affixed to the front of the property. Once you book you will be provided with the 4 digit key code to access the security box upon arrival. You will have 1 key for the front door only. When you checkout please leave your key in the security box where you got your key from and rearrange the code. Please be aware of the following. The bathroom/ shower is separate to the toilet (they are next door to each other. TV is not available. Please provide your own toiletries (shampoo/shower gel/toothpaste etc and towels) We are quite strict on our 10pm to 7am quite hours as this is a quiet residential area and our neighbours get up early for work so are not very late going to bed. I will not live in the property however I will frequently visit the property to clean the shared areas and ensure it is maintained. To note the radiator heating is fixed at 20.0 degrees. Heating will not be provided from the 7th April until the 31st October. Please be aware of this before booking. There is no TV license for this property so please do not watch live TV / live streaming services on the premises in line with the UK TV license guidlines/ rules. The Bidet in the toilet is not available for use.
