Cozy, lots of amenities, plenty of parking and spacious. Enjoy nature & proximity in this serene 4 bedroom, two full bath home. Inquire about MTRs as well. The space Newly renovated with 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds + 2 twin) 2 full bathrooms, 1 with soaking tub. Both bathrooms have stand up showers. Chef's kitchen with many appliances and tools, Coffee, tea, spices, oils, breakfast items. Books and games for the family to enjoy. Toiletries, hairdryer, iron. All linens provided. Laundry available for a fee or extended stays. Fire pit and fixings for s'mores always provided. Close to Hospitals, Parks, Lake Ontario Guest access Full access except lower level storage. Laundry available for a fee. No garage access but driveway can accommodate 4 cars. Washer & dryer available for an additional fee. Other things to note Note - we have 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Maximum of six adults and two children each additional person after that is $75 per night, or $150 pp if staying 3 or more nights. If you plan on an extended stay and would like use of the washer and dryer, please let us know, it’s available for a small fee. Room AC plus ceiling fan and room fans. There is NO CENTRAL AIR but the house is shaded and cool. Absolutely no pets, No parties or gatherings of more than 10 people, No smoking anywhere on the property. No weapons or illegal or illicit drugs of any kind. Failing to adhere to house rules will result in immediate cancellation and removal from the property. No loud noise or music after 10pm. We are in a peaceful neighborhood and are respectful of our neighbors. This is a split level house. Please note the stairs have large spaces in between. Please take care if you are coming with children, older adults or have balance issues.
