PRIVATE APARTMENT 50m2 1 bedroom & 1 living room, STUNNING SUNNY BALCONY! Vintage mood! :) Historical pedestrian center. 1st floor (no elevator and several stairs all around the area: be prepared be healthy and travel light!) 1 bedroom 1 king size bed 160x200cm 1 Living room with kitchen 1 pull out double sofa bed 140 x200cm + single size floor mattress in case of 5th guest. Larger groups may get similar apartments next each others in the same block. House entrance is under Camera´s record. The space AREA: Hyper center, pedestrian area, car access may be restricted and the area closed in certain dates/events. Connections with Bus etc. are very convenient and the area offers bars and shops. Historical center may be noisy, proximity to neighbors, commercial activities and tourists, bars, touristic guides, social, political, sport, civil or religious events may affect the area. Our Buildings are in a pedestrian location usually not reachable by car, parking can be difficult especially depending the area and the period, parking may be in a few hundred meters and may be a paid parking depending the day and the time. Medieval Old Town has a very special charm and a vibrant lively energy, surrounded by churches monuments and a picturesque architectural or natural environment, giving you a special experience and a unique feeling, BUT it  also means  that cats or other unpleasant small animals can live the streets especially at night time, upper floors may be enjoyed by birds pigeons or seagulls, sometimes bats. neighbors can be authentically noisy and antropologically "interesting" or other tourists nearby may be worse. Bars or commercial activity may be working below your windows night & day, and generally public or private maintenance noisy works are going on all fall-winter. Buildings are more hundred years old, surely NOT provided with elevators, steps will be mandatory in certain streets and stairs to reach our homes, small and light luggages are suggested if possible. Building´s common spaces, yards or stairs may be not well cared by locals or tourists and not super clean and flexibility and tolerance is required about this. Thanks for understanding. Our Buildings generally have NO BLINDERS at the windows and cannot have, also we do NOT provide mosquito nets in our apartments for aesthetic and practical reasons. Usually Air Conditioning is FORBIDDEN to install in this area, so NOT provided in most of our units.  We do provide big electrical fans for each bedroom and Heating is always independent, guaranteed from November 1st until March 1st. Certain rooms of our units may have a restricted phone signal due of the peculiar walls size and type. We have no intercom-doorbell so if you order your own delivery or mailing do it accordingly. We do NOT provide WIFI or TV antenna channels, we do NOT offer any Parking space, Bikes or Motorbikes CANNOT enter or be "parked" into our buildings or apartments. No luggage or any personal item is possible to deposit into our buildings not before not after the check-in.  Baby facilities are not provided, pets are NOT allowed. Smoke, unacceptable noise or parties are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Penalties may be applied in case of broken rules. We can provide with more units in the same block but this is just an extra option and up to the number of declared guests in your booking request and subjected to extra payment and previous agreement. Cameras at the building´s entrance may record arrival or departing time and number of effective guests. KEYS: We do provide 1 set of keys for each group up to 4 guests do deal with 1 key please, for larger groups we can provide more keys. If the guest looses or take away the keys will be kindly asked to refund the lock change price minimum 100 max 300 euros, trough airbnb deposit system. SO BE CAREFUL please. MONTHLY BOOKINGS: Monthly long term stay bookings may have different conditions different policy and different proportioned price of course that´s why the offered service and support is a monthly rental standard support and not an Airbnb short term standard service. We expect a monthly guest to be more independent and responsible and take care of his own things and of the Apartment as it would be his own, or a long term classical tenant. Not a daily-routine! Historical Pedestrian center more hundred years old house. Decorations are VERY tasty, Items quality, coziness and some"artistic" personal feeling are guaranteed. Larger groups can get more apartments in the same block or area on demand and for a proportioned price. Extra guest could be provided with single size openable guest bed as per the bed solutions explained in the listing. BASIC 2 people booking provides our guests with: 1 bedroom with balcony access and 1 king size bed 160 x 200cm. 1 living room with CLOSED sofa. guests cannot open/use by themselfes or will be extra charged, same is for the single size openable guest-bed. Bedlinen, blankets, towels provided. Each double bed is meant for 2 guests we do NOT provide more beds just for single sleepers wish, just on demand, prior agreement and extra payment may be required for that. WIFI NO AIR-CONDITIONING, big electrical fans or ceiling fans provided for rooms. Electrical Heating provided from November 1st to March 1st. Total dark can be done in the room, but NOT total silent sleep can be guaranteed. Washing machine and hanger to dry clothes are provided. Detergents are provided. Our units are provided with a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector and a first aid kit. If all ELECTRICAL items go at the same time OVERCHARGE can cause a power shut down so please unplug something and press the electrical counter switches on again, with less items on ( water boiler, heating, stoves, washing machine etc ) No baby facilities, No Parking, No bike or Luggage deposit allowed. No pets No smoke. Smoking ONLY allowed at the BALCONY OR OUT of the house and of the building. No smoking allowed at the windows sorry, and smoke detectors are everywhere. No early checkin or late checkout, please note arrival time (from) or departing (until). Early checkin or Later checkout/delay may be charged. LAST MINUTE bookings may provide with a basic 2 guests bed preparation and not cooled-heated before your arrival. TO CHECKIN guests will be asked to have a properly working phone, phone number or internet datas, ability to make or receive normal EU phone calls Battery on the phone device, and ability to send or receive pictures trough Airbnb app. Valid ID Card or Passport ( photo ) for each guest. Some basic english or local language knowledge would be helpful to checkin successfully, some brain and communication skill are always welcome actually needed! Tourist tax may be requested at the checkin. Longer Airbnb automated text messages in english or local language may be requested to read and understand in order to properly checkin. Building entrance and staircase areas may be recorded with cameras. OUR OPINION/SUGGESTION FOR GUESTS ABOUT THIS UNIT: SUGGESTED TO: couples, small family, solo travellers, young travellers 20/50 y.o, light luggages travellers, longer or shorter stay, 4seasons/year, artist soul or bohemian personality, lovers of old town views, sky colours, sunsets and personal touch, home cooking lovers, smart-workers, FIT people, History & Architercture lovers, Vintage lovers. NOT SUGGESTED TO: over 50 years old, not-fit people, large heavy luggage, bikers ( no parking indoor ), people who does not speak english or local language, people with infant, Air-Conditioning addicted, people with reduced mobility or heart/health issues , people hard to get sleep, people who may scared by a gecko or a Bug ( streets there are full at summer nights ). Luxury lovers could be unhappy. PROPERTY LIMITATIONS: No air-conditioning ( electrical fans proivided ) 5th guest would get a floor mattress as single size bed solution 90 x 200cm added occasionally on the bedroom floor. The Area may be noisy sometimes, you can hear neighbors or activities on the street. The area is lively in season, potential for noise! Out of season many apartments or buildings in the area may be under renovations and cause noise. We´re sorry, that happens, its Life! Old town pedestrian area not reachable by car, MANY STAIRS are in the area as in the House itself ( first floor no elevator ) IMPORTANT NOTE! Once again: A LOT OF Steps/stairs will be NEEDED to reach the area and climb to the apartment, if you have huge luggage or hearth problem or do not feel to fit this area may be NOT the right choice to you! Car drop on-off it possible in 1 minute distance but ONLY drop off-drop on people and luggages, NO PERMANENT PARKING ALLOWED ( I´m talking about Place de la Conception, just next the Basilique of Saint Michel ) All the area could be closed to traffic during the Festival de la Musique, so please check! Parking or bus-taxi-train stop may be few hundred meters distant, it may be a PAID Parking in certain areas days and times or time of the Year. More Beaches ( Sablettes plage, plage du Soleil ) in a few hundred meters distance, 5-10 minutes walk- Shops and Bars are all around but STAIRS ( at least 3 minutes of steps ) will be needed to reach them. Other things to note Beware it’s in an old town with many stairs and old buildings. Sometimes you can hear the sounds of the old town. NO early checkin NO late checkout NO LUGGAGE DEPOSIT!!! NO pets No bikes Each 2 guests we do provide 1 double size bed. Each extra all extra charged. Price is already reflected by the period, the number of nights, duration of the stay, number of guests, and according lastminutes. So do NOT ask for further discounts or change of prices, we will never accept guests asking for that. Strict cancellation rules, so NO Refunds, unuseful to ask. Times, prices, policies and hours have a specific reason, and it´s not "for nothing". Who is not able to read our instructions will be probably not be able to checkin properly, so up to You. Baby, Cars, motorbikes, special hours or needs, are actually NOT our commitment. Follow the RULES and the INSTRUCTIONS otherwise it will be difficult to arrive or manage your journey. If you break rules, you PAY. if you let in "undeclared guests", you PAY if you break or damage anything, you PAY if you forget something at home and ask to mail/delivery, you PAY. SIMPLE.
