The space On a very quiet street just mere steps to the grocery store, public library, river walking path, restaurants and downtown core, this heritage home oozes character. Vintage finds and modern furnishings make it a comfortable place to stay for as long as you've got. The whole house is yours to enjoy in privacy with the front porch perfect for relaxing. Bedrooms and spacious master and en-suite are in the bright and comfortable basement. Warm. Cozy. Quiet. Convenient. Welcome says it best! Guest access Privacy and access to the entire home. Full guest access to main floor living/dining/kitchen/bathroom, and basement bedrooms/laundry/ensuite bathroom. That leaves just the attic with no guest amenities. Other things to note Complimentary bi-weekly housekeeping service is provided for longer stays greater than 2 weeks - a perk especially appreciated by crews in town for work. Winter can be cold in northern Alberta - a courtesy plug in for your vehicle can be found near the back entrance.
