The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on the beautiful Choptank River w/private access to waterfront with a beach area. Try the Kayaks, Paddleboards & Bikes (provided). Explore the area or search for sea glass & sharks teeth at the water’s edge. Relax with friends/family around the fire pit & enjoy the gorgeous sky views. There is something for everyone! Come and Enjoy! This 1920s Bungalow is ready for your stay. The entire house has been fully renovated & decorated with updated furnishings. The new kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef would need to prepare & serve an amazing meal. Enjoy amazing water views with your meals, from either the high top dining table for 8 or from the 4 season room with a table for 6. You & your guests can kick back & relax on the new patio while grilling dinner, having drinks or enjoying the fire pit. Try the outside shower with hot & cold water, shampoo & soap provided. Serve dinner at the picnic table on the waterfront and take in the views. Take time to hang out on the dock at the beachfront to catch some sun, share a drink or just hang out. Inside there are tons of games, books and puzzles available, as well as a Smart TV w/Netflix, Disney+, ESPN, Hulu, FuboTv, Discovery+ and Amazon Prime. This property has something for everyone. Need to telework or home school your children? There’s plenty of table space for everyone’s needs. You will have use of the Hi speed (300 mbps) internet and printer. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous water views from almost every angle in the house. Sit at the dock and enjoy the sunset with a drink or rise early & enjoy a cup of coffee while catching the gorgeous sunrise. Tidal Chart provided so you know when to snag the perfect pictures on the water or search for sea glass, etc. The Choptank River is a serene location with many varieties of wildlife to observe. It is such a beautiful and calm location, but caters to the adventurous souls as well. SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE, Young or Old. If you are wanting additional kayaks, paddle boards, bikes (child's or adults), Strollers, Outdoor movie system or mini sail sunfish for your stay, just ask us for details. The entire house is accessible, except the unfinished basement. Guest have full access to the Main floor of the house as well as the entire upstairs. Guests can enjoy the huge backyard for games or just running around. Access to the shed for 5 bikes, 3 kayaks, 2 SUPs, yard games as well as the backyard patio, fire pit, and outdoor shower. Need additional bikes or watercraft? We have coordinated with a local business to provide additional equipment for your stay at a very reasonable price. Want to head to the beach, but don't want to haul all the chairs, umbrellas or coolers? They have plenty of beach equipment as well! (Must schedule prior to arrival - supplies are limited. Guests also have full access to our private waterfront area including our deck on the water. We will be available 24/7 via phone and text. Depending on the day, we are either in California md or Cambridge md This home is located 1 mile from downtown where there are shops, restaurants, bars and a local brewery. We are perfectly located 20 miles from St. Michaels and Easton and only 60 miles from Ocean City and Rehoboth. If you like Zoos, Salisbury has an amazing zoo and is only 40 miles away. You can grab spa treatments at the Sago spa at the Hyatt just a few miles away or check out the Harriett Tubman UGR museum or Walk to the Lagrange Heritage Museum just around the corner. 2 Blocks away you have access to the Public fishing pier as well as the american legion. The Sail Winds Visitor center/park is accessible only 3 blocks away and there's a path just under Route 50 for safe walking. The perfect kite flying area is just right next door to Sail winds. Many families take walks thru the neighborhood or bike around together. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Getting around Cambridge is very easy. You can walk 20 minutes to downtown or bike there in about 12 minutes. Our neighborhood is part of the bike route path and minimal traffic as well. Try Kayaking or Paddle boarding into the channel to access near by restaurants. Everyone loves biking and walking along our street while enjoying the water views. You will often see small children learning to bike along the roads. If you’d rather, call an Uber and head into town for the evening. This house is on the Choptank River which is tidal. We have many storms thru out the year and with each one, the beach area gains or looses sand. The water is tested regularly and is safe for swimming. We often enjoy floating and swimming right out front of our waterfront area. We recommend using water shoes while your playing in the water, just as a caution. At low tide, you will have plenty of area to hunt for treasures. The neighbors to the left are happy to share their waterfront area as well, just stay off their stairs and hillside, please. Enjoy watching wildlife right out front: Eagles, Geese, Herons, Osprey and much more.
