Guest have full access to the Main floor of the house as well as the entire upstairs. Guests can enjoy the huge backyard for games or just running around. Access to the shed for 5 bikes, 3 kayaks, 2 SUPs, yard games as well as the back deck, backyard patio, fire pit, and outdoor shower. Need additional bikes or watercraft? Need additional equipment, let us know. Want to head to the beach, but don't want to haul all the chairs, umbrellas or coolers? We can provide beach equipment as well! (Must schedule prior to arrival - supplies are limited. Guests also have full access to our private waterfront area including our new 150' pier on the water & picnic table. Owners require all guests to sign a waiver prior to their arrival. Other things to note This house is on the Choptank River which is tidal. We have many storms thru out the year and with each one, the beach area gains or loses sand. We often enjoy floating and swimming right out front of our waterfront area ourselves. We recommend using water shoes while you're playing in the water, just as a caution. At low tide, you will have plenty of area to hunt for treasures. The neighbors to the left are happy to share their waterfront area as well, just stay off their stairs and hillside, please. Enjoy watching wildlife right out front: Eagles, Geese, Herons, Osprey and occasionally a snow owl or two.
