Nestled on 40 acres of rolling farmland and woods, this home is located in Bellville, OH and is minutes from many nearby attractions, such as Snow Trails Ski Resort (and tubing park!), Mohican State Park, Malabar Farm, Mid-Ohio Race Track, Pleasant Hill Lake, the Mansfield Reformatory and more! The home is newly renovated and has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! The space The space can comfortably accommodate 4 people and has a private entrance. You will enter the home through a large sun porch, and can be used to store your heavy coats, boots and ski equipment this winter. The main floor consists of a living room with seating for six & full kitchen with all appliances, utensils and amenities. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and two full baths - the first bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and en suite bathroom. Down the hall you will find a shared full bath, and a large second bedroom with a king bed. All bedrooms have a TV with Roku and all of your favorite apps. We have also provided complimentary Netflix for your enjoyment. Board games and kids toys are available in the upstairs hallway closet, as well as additional pillows and linens. Guest access Guests can enjoy the full guesthouse with a private entrance, accessible by a keyless smart lock located on the front door. There is plenty of parking in front of the Gallery (the area in front of the building with a castle door). Please note: We live on the property and are available should you have any issues or questions during your stay! Otherwise, you will have your privacy. The area to the right of the garage (the area that separates our home from the guest home) is off-limits (including the patio area and pool). Please respect our privacy as we will respect yours!
