A very spacious and comfortable, private villa, with all comfort. We do have a big Bluetooth speaker here for your enjoyment! There are neighbors here so please no loud music after 11pm. Any noise complaints or fines from the police will be charged for your stay. --------- Villa Tres Morenas is like a small paradise. Many seating areas available, lounge corners, high tables, sun umbrellas, deck chairs. Enjoy outdoor dining under a nice terrace. And of course large-sized gas-bbq. The kitchen with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! Comes with plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals, an oven, stove, wine cooler, extra-large fridge, and extra spare fridge in the pantry. Guests are responsible for bringing groceries for their stay. Covered carport directly in front of the main entrance. And large parking for at least 8 cars. --------- The villa is about 25 minutes distance from center of town, where you will have shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars. Very spacious villa overlooking the mountains and vegetation. Huge outdoor deck, large pool, and hot tub. This villa will be totally yours. A private pool, private villa, and a huge terrace only for you and your family or friends. Just as-is on the pictures. The villa is located in the mountains of Medina, a very quiet place. No street noise or noise from neighbors, only nature. The road that connects to the villa is a bit narrow and mostly gravel so please travel with precaution *We'd love to host you and your loved ones!* Guest access The entire villa and pool area can be used except caretaker home and laundry. What you see on the pictures is what you get. A large 5 bedroom villa with a large pool (only for you and your family or friends) and a huge outdoor deck. Alfredo, our caretaker has its own private space, on the side of the parking, where he lives with Marisol and their children. The laundry is also not available for the guests. Marisol, the maid, manages this space. The laundry has a washer and dryer. Other things to note GUESTS ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES DURING THEIR STAY! I will request the charges through Airbnb messaging. ---------- MAX NUMBER OF GUESTS is 16: Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. No unregistered guests are allowed in the villa unless authorized by management. Adults and kids count. Babies below 2 years do old not. ---------- CHECK-IN 4-10 PM and CHECK-OUT 11 AM: If you want early check-in or late checkout ALWAYS let me know to be sure that its possible. If we have same day new clients NOT possible. ---------- HOUSE KEEPING (OPTIONAL)(Extra $50 per day): Daily maid 9am - 5pm. Or 8am-4pm. Marisol does the optional housekeeping. If you want her to cook or clean anything for you during your stay, you can send me a message and I’ll authorize her to honor your requests. She will also prepare for breakfast. If you want dinner cooked, that is extra. Groceries need to be bought yourself. She can clean, assist in breakfast, does laundry, and washing for you (she manages the laundry which cannot be used by the guests). If you want dinner cooked, that is costing extra.
