Sunny 2 bed penthouse in Braam with view & hot tub

This sunny penthouse apartment is split over two floors has stunning industrial-modern interiors and a large balcony with city views and hot tub. It's in the heart of fashionable Braamfontein district. The flat has one spacious en-suite bedroom with huge windows with views and lots of sunlight. The second has a double bed and it's own bathroom downstairs. There is 24-hour security and a secure underground parking space. Other things to note Guests should be aware that all of South Africa is experiencing rotational power cuts ("loadshedding") that may impact your stay. We've done our best to mitigate this - the apartment is equipped with solar hot water and battery operated portable lights (that can also charge phones) as well as battery-backup for the wifi. The building's security also has battery backup including security doors, parking gates, CCTV, and internal lighting. Please be aware however that the building lifts do not operate during loadshedding (the apartment is on the 5th floor so the ascent is not too demanding) and the cooker is electric (although we have a gas braai on the balcony as an alternative).
