The space BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has a dresser for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and a basin. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - microwave - crockery and cutlery - cooktop - oven We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. Want to experience al fresco dining at home? Serve dinner in the private courtyard to cap your night off! LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" Hisense smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix account. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. There is also a study nook that you can use when you need to quickly attend a virtual class or meeting. LAUNDRY AREA: A Haier washer-dryer combo is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. Alternatively, the private courtyard has a washing line that you can use. PARKING: Assigned space can fit up to 2 cars, 1 inside the garage and 1 in the driveway, parked in tandem. There are also some all-day free parking spots at the back of the house in "Garran Place". Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
