Lochy's House - Serene 4-Sleeper with Sea View

Lochy's House is the perfect escape if you want to get away from all the noise and chaos of town life. This self catering accommodation, nestled in the gorgeous, rural village of Sunrise on Sea (which is perched on the border of the East London Coast Nature Reserve), you will find peace and tranquility while you enjoy an evening beach walk or a sun downer on the balcony while taking in the sea view and salty air. The beach is only 200m away and an easy, enjoyable walk. The space Downstairs: Covered patio overlooking the garden, lounge, well equipped kitchen and full bathroom (shower only). Upstairs: Main bedroom has 1 queen size bed with balcony. Second bedroom has a convertible bed set up as 2 single beds (but can be set up as a king size bed upon request). The rooms are semi-private with cupboards separating into 2 rooms - no door. Toilet leads from the second bedroom. Sleeps maximum 4 guests. The guesthouse shares a well established garden with the main house and is a lovely spot for kids to play. There is a laundry room adjacent to the guesthouse that you may use as necessary, though this is shared with the homeowners. While the home is child friendly, it is suggested that only children over 2 stay with us as the stairs can be hazardous for babies or young toddlers who are crawling/learning to walk. We are off-grid, so load shedding should not present any issues with power. 200m from the beach 3.5km from Crossways Spar and other amenities in the centre (pharmacy, restaurants, fuel station etc) 1.5km from Park Run 8km from Kwelera River, an amazing surfing spot Other things to note Sunrise on Sea is a rural village, so expect a few dirt roads here and there. While the village is rural, the area is beautiful and the location is quiet and relaxing. The nearest beach is only a 100m walk away and is quiet and inviting with rock pools for the kids to play in.
