The first apartment, about 75 square meters, is located on the ground floor of the building and is structured as follows: entrance, dining room, shared kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one triple) for a maximum of 5 beds, both with private bathroom and overlooking the outdoor garden. All rooms in the house are available for guests. The second apartment has a double bedroom with a private bathroom (deluxe double bedroom) and a SPA. The access to the SPA is included in the cost of the room. At check-in, guests will be provided with an entrance code to enter the property, the card to access the room, and the remote control for the external gate.
