VILLA ERADA - single room 3A

In the immediate vicinity of the Maugeri Clinic, Villa Erada is a large recently renovated facility with 8 comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom and wifi connection, 2 large lounges that can be used for business meetings with smart working stations plus a large parking lot. Free of architectural barriers, Villa Erada is suitable for people with disabilities. The space PRIVATE ROOM WITH SINGLE BED Through an automatic gate you can access the avenue that leads to the parking area. On the ground floor, there is a large and elegant living room available to the guests of the villa, equipped with sofas and tables that can be used as workstations for remote workers, and where there is a snack and drink vending machine. The bedrooms are only on the upper floor, accessible by elevator or stairs. The spacious room is equipped with 1 single bed with hypoallergenic mattress, desk, wardrobe, private bathroom with shower and access to a small terrace overlooking the garden. Guests will have the bedroom for exclusive use where they will find sheets, small, medium and large towels for the shower. The living room and outdoor spaces will be shared with any other guests of the villa.
