Welcome to the Cozy Cubhouse -- IG @cozycubhouse -- my incredible mid-century modern townhouse is just minutes away from all Deep Creek Lake has to offer. You'll enjoy all the modern comforts with the outdoors at your fingertips. Local Destinations: - 9 min drive from Wisp Resort - 5 min drive from Deep Creek Lake State Park - 3 min walk from Dutch's at Silver Tree, the Harbor Bar, and Silver Tree Marine - 10 min walk from Arrowhead Market, Uno's, and the Honi-Honi Bar The space The Cozy Cubhouse is a 1392 sq. ft. townhouse with three (3) bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms. There are two (2) king beds and four (4) twin beds (bunk beds). Plus a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and two (2) spacious living rooms with plenty of room for a late-night board game session with the family. Each bedroom was decorated and designed for maximum sleep comfort with cloud-like twelve (12) inch memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains for those late mornings. Both living rooms are stocked with cozy blankets and pillows for enjoying your board game, book, or movie. The downstairs living room has two (2) large ottomans to transform the sectional into a daybed. Curl up on the enormous navy blue sectional to stream the latest show on the Roku TV. Your outdoor space includes a deck to watch the sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee from the coffee bar. In addition, an awesome firepit with hanging chairs and a picnic table for outdoor dining. For those grill masters out there, there's a charcoal grill ready to fire up for all four seasons. Cozy Cubhouse is the perfect starting point for a fun and relaxing Deep Creek Lake getaway! Guest access You'll have the entire townhouse and the outdoor spaces for you and your friends/family. Other things to note POTENTIAL ROAD NOISE: The property is located near a main road in the area. There may be road noise during the daytime (9 AM-5 PM) from passing vehicles. PARKING: There are two (2) parking lanes located to the left of the townhouse which are available to be used during your stay. The parking lanes are double the length of a standard parking space. So, two (2) cars can fit in one (1) parking lane. The total available parking for four (4) cars. If you need additional parking, please let me know. TWO-STORY TOWNHOUSE: This is a two (2) story property. Guests will have to use a set of stairs to get to the second level. The entire house is not wheelchair accessible.
