Baos 1 Pool Villa- Five Bedrooms

Nestled in a spectacular rocky yet picturesque area called Saint Isidoros, known to be very calm and easy to reach. The unrivalled Baos village is ideally situated only 5 minutes from the Airport and the bigger local grocery shop of Mykonos and in close proximity to the beach resort of Super Paradise, the beach of Agrari, the port of Mykonos and the effervescent Mykonos Town, offering an ideal base to explore the island. Baos village consists of 4 villas with a large shared pool with overflow. The space Villa Baos 1 (160 sqm.) is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 11 people. It is built on two levels providing 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. To accommodate a larger group there are 3 more villas that can accommodate up to 42 guests in total to all 4 villas. The ground level features the living and the dining room, with direct access to the pool and a big private veranda. This level is set with a fully equipped kitchen, next to the dining area with seating for 11. On this level you will also find one double bedroom and another bedroom with a double and a single along with a bathroom with shower. On the upper level is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and it’s own private veranda with astonishing views to the pool and the sunrise. Two more bedrooms are on this level: one with a double size bed and the other one with two single beds. Both of these bedrooms have their own small verandas with views to the backyard of the estate. An additional bathroom with shower is also on this level. *Please note that due to older municipal infrastructure on the island, occasional power outages — and in some cases water supply interruptions — may occur. These are rare, usually short-lived, and not related to the property itself, but rather a general issue across Mykonos properties. Like 99% of villas on the island, our property is not equipped with a generator. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Outside Terrace The swimming pool is located at the center of the outside terrace, with huge sun loungers and sunbeds, fitted around the pool. At the backyard of the estate, you may wander around our garden, where you will find a big variety of vegetables and fruit available for you. Plenty of private parking spaces are also available within the estate. Other things to note Flexible check-in/out : We will be happy to provide you an early or late check in/out if possible! The earliest and latest check in/out times will depend if there will be other guests check-out/in the same dates that you are checking in/out. So we will coordinate your preferences with the other guests preferences and we’ll do our best to accommodate all. Registration Details 00003583180
