Situated smack-dab in the middle of the must-see neighborhoods of Piedmont, Temescal and Uptown, neighbored by the softball, basketball and frisbee friendly Mosswood Park and within 10 minutes walking distance from the BART train, you simply couldn't find a better Oakland location. The space The home is spacious, with an open floor plan and great lighting throughout. Enjoy the large backyard with a fire pit for s'mores and whisky on warm nights. Whether you're traveling as a couple, on a solo adventurer, or here on business, this is the spot. Guest access - You will have a key to the apartment. - The downstairs unit is entirely yours, with the exception of 1) the office, which I'm still renovating, and 2) the shed. - It's also important to note that the upstairs is another apartment, which is not part of this listing. Other tenants live up there - please be respectful when coming in and out of the house by keeping noise down and not leaving items in the foyer. Other things to note Again, there is a cat onsite (Penelope, aka Penny) who is the sweetest cat there ever was.
