Comfy & Charming Private Room

Welcome to stay with us in a very cozy, comfortable and charming private room, in a quiet corner in Cape Coral. Enjoy and feel like home! Beautiful sunrises will welcome you every morning, and fall in love with the sunsets across the view to the canal. Our swimming pool will refresh you and the lanai around it will make sure no insects bother you. You are welcome to grill or just sit around the firepit while watching the boats passing by. Bathroom & room are disinfected after every stay. The space The private room has a very comfortable King size bed, and a desk. A sofa bed for a third person and an additional sofa are there as well. You will have your own private bathroom with shower, toiletries, and fresh towels (swimming pool towels as well). Also, you will find in the room a mini fridge, a microwave, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with coffee/tea pods, cream, sugar, silverware and glasses, cups and plates. There is central AC/heating in the house, but you'll have a portable fan as well as two ceiling fans. You can put your clothes in the big white drawer chest, where you will find extra blankets and pillows. A big mirror is on top of it. The TV has Roku system with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Peacock, etc. You can log in with your own account, please don't forget to log out before you leave. You will find the Wi-Fi password in the Welcome sheet, as well as other recommendations. The private room has also 3 kinds of charging cable for your convenience (for iPhones, Smart Phones and for USB). Bathroom & room are disinfected after every stay. Antibacterial gel will be provided. ***You will find drinkable cool water in the room. We recommend you not to drink water from the tap. Guest access When arriving, you can park your car in front of the garage, on the RIGHT side. On the right side of the house, there is a walkway to the back that will lead you to a lanai door (it will be opened), and the owner will greet you there, and give you the key of your room. If you have any further questions, please ask the owner. During your stay We give our guests space, but we will be available when needed. We might coincide in the shared areas sometimes, but we will respect their privacy. I speak Spanish and English, and my husband speaks English and German. Other things to note You must be 21+ years old to book. Glasses/cups while being in the pool are not allowed. We take care of every detail to make you feel at home. Please take care of your space as well.
