Welcome to our bright, spacious apartment, a 5-minute walk from the bustling center of Eindhoven. The apartment is built around a patio, allowing a lot of daylight to enter. With a private entrance, complete privacy and a fully equipped kitchen, we offer a warm, homey stay. Parking can be paid for in front of the door, outside the ring free of charge. Feel welcome, relax and enjoy everything Eindhoven has to offer. We do everything to make your stay special and comfortable! The space The apartment is built around a patio and offers a private comfortable sitting area with TV, a cozy dining area with round table and the possibility to sit outside at a table with two chairs. The sleeping area is equipped with a blackout curtain, so you can close it off separately and sleep completely in the dark. This way you have a homey, comfortable and bright living space with plenty of privacy. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note The entire apartment has underfloor heating for a comfortable temperature in winter. In addition, there is an Air Conditioner that you can use to heat or cool the apartment, so that you always have it exactly as you wish.
