Welcome to the Catskills! The Greene Pines is a friendly home that’s been gorgeously renovated with a modern, cozy feel. Overlook our pond from the front deck and let the sounds of nature lure you into relaxation. On 3 secluded acres, our house is set up to comfortably sleep 9 and features a wood stove, beautifully designed bathrooms, chef’s kitchen, and we’re right in the middle of the beautiful Catskill Mountains. What’s not to love? 4 bedrooms allow plenty of space for everyone - 3 queens beds and 1 twin over full bunk. For the extra little ones of the group, we have a Joovy Pack n Play as well as a Stokke high chair, all available for the duration of your stay. Our first floor will make everyone happy - from a giant rustic dining table that seats 10 and overlooks our front deck and pond, cozy wood burning stove, 65” smart tv to play music or cozy up to a movie, shelves of board games, and a stellar chef’s kitchen, we have it all. We are minutes to both Windham and Hunter Mts, close to hiking, fishing, local restaurants, and vineyards in town. You’ll find plenty of excursions to occupy your days. The Catskills truly is a magical place. Enjoy your stay! •Please note- while our street is well maintained in the winter, an AWD/4WD car is highly recommended during your stay. *Please also bring firewood with you as it is not provided at the home. Almost every gas station in the area sells it by the bundle - there are recommendations in the house manual as well as the guidebooks section. Guests will have the entire 2 floors of the house. Basement access is limited to the owners and cleaning crews only. I like to allow guests the freedom to explore the home and all of its amenities at their own pace. I went through great lengths to enter all of the information that you could need into the listing so please feel free to review it if you have any questions as to anything that the home has to offer. However, if you run into any emergencies regarding the home (for example: a drain gets clogged or an item is accidentally damaged) please feel free to reach out to me.
