The home is very modern and up to date but has this comfortable feel to it that makes you want to stay and enjoy the time there. From a tree spirit, to a fenced back yard, this home will welcome you as your Aunt always had. The space The space has 2 proper bedrooms with 2 full baths built in 1918. There is an office area with a daybed to accommodate an extra person. The whole home is updated to modern conveniences but still has the lovely historic feel to a wonderful craftsman style home you expect. Dreamy porches steps away from the famous Lover’s Oak in Brunswick. Bonus is the completely fenced in back yard for your pup. Enjoy being minutes away from St. Simons or Jekyll beaches or just hand at the home and relax! Guest access You have access to the entire home. Other things to note There is a $80 non refundable pet fee. This doesn’t apply towards any damages caused by the pet. No cats because owner is highly allergic. Minimum age requirement to rent is 25. Please don’t move furniture or park on the grass!!
