The space Guests can enjoy a spacious outdoor patio overlooking distant hills. On chilly days, a gas fireplace in the main room creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The library can be a place of quiet refuge or a space for playing board games, cards, or making puzzles, many of which are provided. Morning coffee and tea in the sunroom is a great way to begin the day. Feel free to wander about the gardens and trails. Guest access Guests have access to the entire living areas of the house, excluding the attic. In wintertime, if the snow allows, guests can access cross country ski trails right from the yard. In warmer seasons, the patio and yard are well suited for small get togethers with family and friends with space enough for croquet or other yard games. Other things to note Hilltop is ideal for older guests as other than the additional upstairs bed/sitting room, both bathrooms and all other areas are on a single floor. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower with a seat. Because of openings from the upper sitting room that look into the main living room and a high stone wall, the property is not safe or suitable for children.
