Very family friendly neighbourhood and relaxed coastal atmosphere you will have a great holiday The space A cheerful, retro styled family home with 3 bedrooms. 2 queen beds and 1 double bed ( and if needing more sleeping space for kids can be arranged by request, an extra single mattress at $25 per night) Modern kitchen will all amenities to help you settle in for a fun family holiday. One is a stand alone house at the rear of the property 1000 square metre block) that my mother lives in and another one is a self contained unit that is attached to the airbnb dwelling. This unit is part of the house and shares a wall with the sun room and dining room of the house. A single woman lives in this unit and she will keep to herself. These two tenants will have a seperate access to their dwellings through the garage and will not be around to bother you. You may bump into them in the pool area or in the backyard as they access their places or to the fridge in the pool house/bbq area. There is no access to the garage by guests. My mum Trudy will be on-site and available to help with any queries you may have but will also give you full privacy to enjoy your stay.
