This spacious 230-square-meter mansion sits on a 1,000-square-meter property and offers a luxurious stay in the scenic Galilee. With five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a variety of top-tier amenities, this home is designed for comfort, entertainment, and relaxation. Guests can enjoy a private courtyard featuring a heated pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor play areas—all with stunning views of the Migdal colony. The space Inside, guests will find a large living room with a seating system for up to 15 people, a 65-inch smart TV, and a sound bar for an immersive media experience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, espresso machine, food processor, and a cold/hot water bar, as well as dining ware and utensils. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, dresser, and wardrobe, while the six bathrooms come stocked with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and hair dryers. A dedicated children's area includes yard facilities with slides and swings, an Xbox, a professional table football setup, a ping pong table, and a games complex tailored for young guests. Outdoors, the courtyard features a 10 x 3 meter heated and covered pool (fenced for safety), a 2.3 x 2.3 meter jacuzzi for up to six people, sunbeds, multiple seating and dining areas, an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, a double hammock, and a dreamy play area for children. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor facilities. Private parking is available onsite. Please note that the villa is not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note The property caters to a wide range of groups, including families, couples, birthday celebrations, groom’s Sabbaths, bachelorette parties, and bonding retreats. For the religious public, there is a nearby synagogue, as well as a Shabbat plate and urn available. Meals such as breakfast, kosher dishes, and chef-prepared options can be arranged in advance. A bottle of wine and pralines are offered for double occupancy. Additional services include treatments and massages by appointment, and villa arrangements for special occasions like birthdays or proposals. Hosts are also available to provide local tips on hiking trails and attractions. All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 18% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations. If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
