Serenity Place is an updated home in the Villages. A short golf cart ride away from Spanish Springs Town Square and about 15 minutes from Lake Sumter Square. There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby - no need to rent a car, you can get everywhere by Golf Cart, which is included free of charge (gas / 4 seats). The home has all new furnishings, 2 King sized beds, and is thoughtfully prepared to include everything you will need to feel at home. Dogs ok with pet fee. No cats You will have access to the entire house. The master and 2nd bedrooms both have king beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space (there is a walk in closet in the master). The master bedroom also includes a desk and adjustable desk chair for those who may be working from home. The master shower includes a brand new tiled walk-in shower. The guest bath has a newly installed tub/ shower combo. The kitchen is also brand new with granite counters and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked (pots/ pans, dishes, glasses, serving bowls/trays, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee pots, crock pot, blender and much more). This is a ranch style house with no stairs to enter the home or any of the rooms. Enjoy the screened in lanai while you sip your morning coffee or settle in for the evening with a glass of wine (love seat glider and two comfortable cushioned chairs). The dinning room has seating for 6 and the living room has a reclining couch, love seat and a 65 inch smart tv. There is a full size washer and dryer (detergent provided) WiFi is included for those who want to stream movies or need to work from home! There is a patio off of the living room with lots of privacy, a table with chairs for four and a gas grill. Yard is partially fenced. Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of one hall closet that contains the owners personal items. I respect your privacy! There is no contact checkin to make things easier for you. I am available at anytime you need by phone or text. The Villages is full of things to do! If you like to golf, you won’t be disappointed with the number and types of courses a golf cart ride away. The Town Squares have nightly live entertainment (this home is - golf cart ride away from both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Town Squares.) 1.25 hours to Disney Magic Kingdom 1.25 hours to the beach 45 minutes to Ocala World Equestrian Center Pets: up to two dogs allowed. No cats or other pets allowed. $150 pet fee will be charged separately. Pet fee of additional $25 per week will be charged for guests staying more than 1 week.
