A family home, in a beautiful conservation area in East Greenwich. A short walk to the River Thames (and the famous Cutty Sark Pub), Greenwich Park and Greenwich Village. Our house sleeps 5 in the form of two double beds and one toddler bed, ie 4 adults and one child. Step out of the front door to explore Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site, as well as hopping onto great transport links into the City and the countryside of Kent. The space Built in 1856, our Victorian cottage has all the charm of an old building but with a modern extension that gives you the space to relax in comfort. The open plan living space is very sociable, with a cosy living room to snuggle up and watch a film in and a large cooking, eating and socialising space, where we spend most of our time. There is also a piano that is available or anybody to play. On sunny days the kitchen is flooded with light and the doors can be completely opened so you can enjoy the patio and garden. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom and our daughter's smaller bedroom upstairs and another double bedroom just off the kitchen downstairs. The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed. Our daughters bedroom upstairs has a child size bed. There is a newly renovated bathroom on this floor. The third bedroom is a double, it is located downstairs and is next door to a shower room. All rooms have plenty of storage space. Please note that we have cat. He goes on a little vaCATion when we rent our home out so he won't be here during your stay. Whilst the property will be professionally cleaned after he leaves and before your arrival, we thought it important to mention in case you have an allergy. Guest access The kitchen has an oven, a microwave oven and an induction hob. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and the washing machine is located in the downstairs shower room. Other things to note Parking can be an issue in our local area. Please let me know if you are driving and planning on keeping a car at the house. There will be an extra fee for parking permits.
