This beautiful brand new home is just minutes to the beach! Brand new Hot Tub and fenced yard. Has big open concept living space. Fireplace WIFI TV's in every room Game room with foosball, dart board, corn hole and a Smart TV The space Brand new hot tub and fenced in yard!!!!!!!!  The Kwan Tip Beach House is located 4 miles south of the downtown area of Ocean Shores. This beautiful brand new home is tastefully decorated and offers  2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with queen sized beds. There is a pull out sofa in the living room as well.  The garage has been turned into a game room . So when the weather isnt perfect you still have family friendly stuff to do.  Dogs are okay with an additional fee.  No Smoking Other things to note There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee. You must be 25 years or older to reserve and stay at any of our Condos or Beach Houses. The person who reserves must be present at check in. This property does allow dogs. The charge is $25 per pet per night plus tax. This charge would be due at check in airbnb does not collect pet fees. (no cats)
