The space The shaft 85 is the perfect venue for small, quiet JGAs or family celebrations. During your stay at our place, you will have the entire house with 3 Apartments, exclusively available. Since you are renting the whole house, no other guests are present. Our house can accommodate up to 13 people. You and your companions sleep in three apartments, which are lovingly furnished and fully equipped. For the cooling of brought drinks and food, e.g. grilled meat, 2x refrigerators and 2x freezer, glasses and dishes are available in the apartments. In addition, two ovens are available in the apartments. Towels, sauna towels and bathrobes are provided in the apartment. You can spend a unique day in our garden with hot tub or in our sauna. Bathing time and garden use is limited to the time between 8:00 AM and 10:30 PM. The house is in downtown Oberhausen. From the house you can walk to the old town in a few minutes. Here you will find numerous restaurants, pubs, cinemas, ice cream cafes and pastry shops in the area to relax and enjoy the day or evening. We will send you a list of tips with the most beautiful restaurants, bars and attractions. Guest access The property offers you the opportunity to stay in the 3 apartments and in the garden with a private wellness area. Your wellness area is protected from prying eyes and exclusively for you. During the stay there are no guests in the house – so you are among yourselves. Swimming time and access to the garden is limited to the time between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. Afterwards, you can relax in your apartment, continue to party indoors or go out to the nearby city. Other things to note We charge a deposit of up to €1,000, which must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded after handing over the clean and damage-free accommodation. The booker is also the organizer. For celebrations, JGAs or the like, a handover protocol with the organizer contract must be signed on arrival. Since the accommodation is located in a normal residential area, we have set up some rules to follow. The property has direct neighbors and is located in a residential area... and not on the ballman. Accordingly, observing the night's rest and a respectful behavior toward the local neighborhood is a clear basic requirement. Music boxes and Bluetooth speakers, as well as sweets in the garden are therefore not allowed! Please stick to the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and be considerate of the neighborhood.
