Simple, comfortable accommodation, ideal for a break in the countryside, a relaxing stay with the family or a business trip. The space Located in a 19th century Provencal farmhouse, this gite occupies an annex of the main house, where the owner resides. The accommodation is independent, with dedicated access and spaces. The cottage is surrounded by a large wooded area, made up of pine trees, oaks, olive trees, and lavender, ideal for rest and walks. The location offers unobstructed views of the Ardèche landscapes, with beautiful sunsets enjoyed by travelers. 🏠 Accommodation organization The home is divided into two levels: 🌿 Ground floor Living room of about 27 m² including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area with TV. 🌿 Floor (access by spiral staircase) • Open mezzanine with two single beds (90 × 190, can be pushed together), • Closed bedroom with double bed (140 × 190), • Bathroom with shower and sink, • Toilet located in the bathroom (closed by a door). ⚠️ To access the bathroom and toilet, it is necessary to cross the bedroom (see map on the photos). 🔧 Amenities The property has: • a kitchen equipped for everyday needs (oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, stove, Nespresso machine), • Wi-Fi, • air conditioning upstairs, • a washing machine, • an outdoor plancha. Small pets can be accepted upon prior request. Bed linen and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included. 🌿 Outdoors A private terrace with garden furniture allows you to fully enjoy the natural environment and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. Other things to note • The cottage occupies an annex of the main house, where the owner resides, while remaining independent. • Before check-in, the owner would like to have a telephone conversation in French with guests, in order to better prepare their stay and provide them with useful information. • Access to the upper floor via a spiral staircase (accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility). • Sleeping area with open mezzanine and bedroom in a row; access to the bathroom and toilet is through the bedroom. • End of stay cleaning included.
