Howdy - welcome to Cowtown! Our home provides a cozy, modern home vibe located right in the heart of Fort Worth. Great for solo adventurers, business travelers, and anyone looking to experience the rodeo. We are a 15-minute walk away from the beloved Magnolia Ave's shops and restaurants, a 5-minute drive to Downtown FW, and 15-minutes to The Stockyards. We are located right off interstate 35W, with quick and easy access to AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, The Stockyards, & Will Rogers! The space Access the property 24/7 using a convenient keyless entry. Your code will be sent to you before your arrival. We live right in the city with several coffee shops within 5 minutes. We also have 400+ mb/s wifi throughout the entire space! Bedroom 1 - Queen sized 10-inch mattress Bedroom 2- Full/double bed with work desk Living room - Sofa (sized as a twin for a potential extra guest), 4K 55-inch TV that you can chrome-cast to the TV any app for streaming you wish to use, once logged into the wifi. Kitchen- The fully equipped, spacious kitchen comes with electric stove, a microwave, an oven, a full-sized fridge, pots & pans, 6-person set of dishes, an electric water kettle, salt & pepper, oil, and a coffee bar. Make sure to bring your own preferred condiments and seasoning just in case! Bathroom- We provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. Comes equipped with a washer & dryer, detergent, and fabric softener. The private backyard includes a fire pit and plenty of firewood. -- PETS -- Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend! We love pets and consider them family though we do ask that you adhere to our furry friend rules! Please DO not just bring your pet without telling us. -Animals are not allowed on the furniture or beds. -Animals must be crated if no one is home. -Please pick up after your pet.
