A private room for 2 adults located on the ground floor. The room features a queen-size bed, two single-seater sofas, and an attached bathroom with a geyser for hot water and essential toiletries including shower gel, hand wash, towels, and a dental kit. It is equipped with an air conditioner, TV, Wi-Fi, and wardrobe. The room also includes a private mini kitchen with basic utensils , gas stove for cooking. The space Car parking: 1 space inside the property and a few outside the main gate (please inform in advance). The house is the last on the street, with Ola, Uber, and Fast Track taxis/autos easily available at the entrance. The caretaker stays on-site Nearby restaurants are available, with food delivery via Zomato and Swiggy. Washing machine and iron box are available free of cost. Basic toiletries are provided in each room. Power backup is available for short outages (4–6 hours); heavy electrical appliances may not function during cuts. Drinking water is available in the kitchen. Airport transfers, local sightseeing, outstation travel, and currency exchange can be arranged (chargeable). Guest access The property is in a quiet, safe residential area, surrounded by houses and away from vehicle noise. A washing machine is available in the common area for guest use. Located in the southern part of Chennai, about 8–12 km from the airport. Close to MIOT and Sri Ramachandra hospitals. Shopping malls and restaurants are 2–5 km away. DLF IT Park and Chennai Trade Center are 5–6 km away. T-Nagar, Guindy, and other shopping areas are within 2–12 km. Marina Beach is about 20 km away. The nearest metro station is at Alandur. Chennai Central Railway Station is around 22 km away. Other things to note We, the hosts, do not stay at the property, but our caretaker lives on-site and is available to assist. If guests need anything, we are just a phone call away and can reach the property within 5–10 minutes. A digital lock is provided for self check-in, with instructions shared before arrival. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms however its allowed in the parking space.
