Welcome to this duplex accommodation, entirely created in our former flour mill. Peace and quiet by the river Evre, while being 5 minutes from amenities. The accommodation is conveniently located at the Cholet/Nantes/Angers crossroads, 20 minutes from Cholet, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 30 minutes from Clisson (Hellfest) and Ancenis, and 45 minutes from Nantes, Angers and the famous Puy du Fou theme park. It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of the building. The space It is composed of an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, kettle) open to the living room with TV and comfortable sofa bed. A first bedroom with dressing room and double bed 140*190 + 1 single drawer bed. Shower room with jets and separate toilet. Access to the mezzanine via the old miller's ladder (steep access) to an office space and a 2nd bedroom with double bed 160*200. Bed linen and bath towels provided (beds made for your arrival). Separate sleeping arrangements – major roads nearby. Plenty of free parking available for cars and trucks.
