This beautifully converted shipping container is located right next to a spring-fed pond, your own personal beach, and tons of forest right at your doorstep! Come to work, relax and play! This tiny home is equipped with: - Reliable, high-speed Starlink Internet - 2 Smart TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime provided - A full kitchen - One bedroom with a queen-sized bed, storage space, and a TV - A spacious living room - A huge outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, a tabletop fireplace, screened-in gazebo, and dining/lounge area - Separate patio with a wood firepit- firewood provided! - Access to private beach - Your own floating private dock that illuminates at night - AC/Heat - Tons of amenities like cooking basics, toiletries, bed linens, pillows, blankets, coffee, tea and coffee maker, water cooler, BBQ/ BBQ utensils & more! - Property is regularly sprayed for mosquito control Take full advantage of this gorgeous property during your stay! Have a dip in the spring-fed trout pond (bring your own floaties or enjoy our inflatable lounger), explore the woods around your cabin, and soak up all the nature has to offer. Newly added wood fired barrel sauna! Guests are expected to start the wood stove on the sauna on there own. You will be given guidance on the operation of the sauna when checking in. Wood is provided. Guest access Guests will have their own access to the tiny home with a keypad. The host prefers to have a quick 5-minute introduction to welcome you for your stay, as well as showing where everything is and how it works. You will enjoy a large private space with access to the area surrounding the tiny home and swimming access in the pond. Your side of the pond is all yours – no one will enter your space during your stay. A shared driveway forks off to your private section. We are always available to offer information on local activities and events or any other questions you may have during your stay! We can be reached by phone or text anytime. A call or text from guests upon arrival and departure is greatly appreciated. Other things to note Please keep in mind that although every effort has been made to ensure your comfort, this is a nature experience with critters such as foxes, deer, rabbits and mosquitos sharing your space. If outside spaces make you squeamish or nervous, this may not be your place. Some reminders: - Absolutely no fishing.
