Located very close to all of Southern Utah’s National Parks. The space This is a 3 bedroom home and sleeps 6 people. Bedrooms have new memory foam wayfair mattress, with fresh cozy linens and pillows. We pride ourselves in keeping an immaculate clean Airbnb. There is a comfortable living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Guests have two off street parking spaces, with additional parking on the street if needed. Fenced yard is very private and shaded with nice old trees. The yard is nice for children or pets. Walking trails, hikes, mountain biking, parks, baseball fields, Shakespear Festival are only a couple minute drive away and most are easy to walk too. Zion is 45 min away. Kolob, west Zion is 15 min. Cedar breaks 15 min. Bryce 1 hr. Kannara Falls 15 min. Great location to really explore Southern Utah and downtown Cedar City. Guest access Guests will have access to whole house, fenced back yard, front yard and parking. Other things to note Located on the same property is also our studio Airbnb. The studio is completely separate from house with its own entrance and own fenced yard. Both units are completely private from each other. Parking for each unit is located on the front of the property.
