This beautifully constructed home, nestled in the mountains between San Rafael, San Anselmo, and Ross, features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living room, open kitchen, and adjoining large deck. Created with tranquility in mind, this peaceful home is a minimal, modern hideaway that allows guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The space Living Room A bright, spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling offers a clean, cozy space perfect for relaxing. Comfortable furniture surrounds a central table, ideal for enjoying the board games provided. Large picture windows flood the room with sunlight and offer stunning views of the mountains, valley, bay, and bridge in the distance. While the fireplace is decorative, it adds a warm, inviting ambiance. A desk area is also available, providing a convenient spot for work or reading. Kitchen The fully-equipped, spacious kitchen is perfect for both cooking and gathering. It features modern appliances including a Cuisinart coffee maker, toaster, mixer, double oven, gas cook-top, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll have everything you need with an array of cookware—pots, pans, baking trays, utensils, bowls, dishware, cutlery, and even spices. Coffee, tea, and a selection of snacks are provided, along with basic pantry staples. Bedrooms Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable bed, bedside tables, lamps, dressers, and ample closet space. The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. Extra towels and washcloths are available in the hallway linen closet. Laundry A laundry room is located downstairs, equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. Guest access Guests have private access to indoor and outdoor amenities. Guests may choose to use the garage (2-car), there are additional parking spots for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please note: this home is built on a hill and the entrance is on the second level. There is 1 flight of stairs to the entrance. The laundry room downstairs is shared with the hosts. Other things to note San Rafael Noise Ordinance Our house is located in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. San Rafael has a strict Noise Ordinance that requires everybody to keep the outdoor noise level down after 10pm.
