Our Serenity studio has a queen size bed, individual sized sofa bed, a stocked kitchen, a bathroom & private patio, making it a lovely option for an individual, a couple or a parent(s) with a child. It has medium strength wifi signal, so we offer a plug in for your computer into the wall to get more stable internet. The space has a lockable connecting door to the Balance Studio that can be used if you’re traveling as a larger family, but you also have plenty of privacy during your stay. The Serenity studio is on the first floor and is 1 of 4 units we have on our property. That means you can rent multiple units if you'd like to have a friend or family gathering. However if it's just you, you have plenty of privacy. We live on the second floor with our family, dogs and cats and we also have a large yoga studio onsite called Heart & Flow Yoga, where you can book a private class with the owner who is an instructor. Guests can use the pool, pool rancho, laundry and trampoline. The owners live on the second floor with their 2 children (5 & 2), and are available to help with recommendations or needs if they arise. We are located in "Finca La Marcela", a gated area off the Monkey Trail in Potrero and about 5 minutes from the beach. You do need a car to stay here. The studio itself does not have ocean view, but if you go to the top of our yard there is an ocean view. We are located on a mountainside in a gated living community, so you have plenty of privacy, but you DO need your own car. We are a 5 minute drive from the closest store and beach. 1. This unit has a low wifi signal, making it a great option if you have EMF (electromagnetic frequency sensitivity). But it does have a wall plug and cord to access the internet from your laptop. There is stronger Wifi in the pool rancho. 2. There are 6 friendly but protective dogs onsite, but they do not go into the units. This does mean there is some barking in the morning before their walk or if someone news comes to the property. 3. You need a car to stay here. It's a long walk to the beach and oftentimes taxis have a hard time finding us. We're off the beaten path, but it's worth it once you find us. 4. There is construction happening at our neighboring property, so occasionally there is noise from that. 5. You're welcome to UPGRADE your experience into a healing RETREAT for yourself or group.
