Modern amenities, private parking, and a secure compound complete the stay. The space To make you feel at home, the villa has been fully furnished with all the modern amenities. It has a ground and first floor. The ground floor constitutes of a spacious living and dining area, kitchen and a powder room. The living and dining room are furnished with a six seater dining table, a 43 inch Smart television and a five seater sofa with a centre table. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, double door fridge, a kettle, a water filter, a gas stove with cylinders and a washing machine. Crockery, cutlery, and cooking pans are there to fix a whole some holiday breakfast. All the three bedrooms are on the first floor. The bedrooms have queen sized double beds, spring mattresses, wardrobes and side tables. The villa has large and a small balcony and outdoor furniture to enjoy the long languid evenings. Inverter power back up is also available in the rare event of a power cut. The villa offers both hot and cold water in the bathrooms. The property comes with a parking next to the villa. The property is within a gated complex that has 24 hours security. Free cleaning 🧹 of the property is done once in three days, as it is a large property. But the housekeeper is available and you can pay and get the cleaning done everyday. Guest access The entire villa with all its amenities is available to the guests and there is no restriction. But I would love it if the guests would respect the privacy of the neighbours and keep the apartment in good condition during their stay.
