Your accommodation is a spacious inviting double bedroom with bathroom. I provide coffee/tea and space in the fridge for your goodies. Off road parking in front of the house. You have access to free BT Super fast broadband, the code will be provided. Your room is furnished with: A very comfortable double bed, duvet and freshly ironed 100% cotton sheets and a extra blanket. Smart TV. A cupboard with shelves. A clothes rack and hooks on the wall. Tea, coffee making facilities and a little fridge. The dedicated work space is a large table with desk lamp, extension lead with sockets and two USB and a laptop support. The new smart TV can be used as monitor as seen in the picture. The bathroom is en suite comprising of a shower, sink, wc, mirror with lights and demister. Shampoo and conditioner and towels are provided. In the kitchen guests may use the microwave to heat foods and dine at the kitchen table. You may store foods in the fridge. I only provide the essentials such as tea, coffee, milk. I have tourist information leaflets for places to visit. Please feel free to ask for anything to make your stay more comfortable. Car parking is off road in front of the house. Bicycle or motorcycle parking is in the garage, which is accessible at all times. You have access your bedroom and en suite. In the kitchen you can use the microwave too. You have a separate shelf in the fridge for your foods. You're most welcome to enjoy the garden. You can come and go as you please….a key will be provided. During your stay We are a bilingual family, fluent in English and Dutch. As this is our family home and we are happy to spend as much or little time interacting with you as you wish. I do go to work, during the day, but I will be around to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note Please note the room is only suitable for two guests. It's not suitable for children, and I can't accept booking including children under the age of 12 years of age. Please contact me first if you are thinking of booking to avoid being disappointed. Please let me know your preferred check in time (4pm onwards) and check out time. Check out time is 10am at the latest as I go to work during the day. No pets are allowed here due to fur allergy. Covid I can not accommodate guests with Covid. If you suspect you have Covid or have been in contact with Covid please inform me of this with the results of the test. This is extremely important as one house member has a compromised heath condition.
