SELF CHECK-IN - Self check-in. We send instructions on the day of check-in. MANDATORY ONLINE CHECK-IN (SPANISH LEGISLATION) - Guest data and documents (ID/Passport) will be requested. - In some cases, the main guest will need to complete biometric facial verification. - We cannot provide access if online check-in is not completed.
