Ideally located on the wine route, between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, loft on the first floor of our main residence (28 m2), with private covered terrace (20 m2) overlooking the classified vineyards. Saltwater pool, heated from May 1st to September 30th, private parking, independent entrance. Tastefully decorated, equipped kitchen, 140 cm adjustable HD screen, Wi-Fi. Brazier available. Two new bikes are also available. NO GUESTS: the listing is for two people only. NO PARTIES. The space Guests have the place to themselves upstairs. Guest access The loft is located upstairs, my husband and I live on the ground floor. Parking is located at the bottom of the sloping road. Other things to note Access to the loft is via an external staircase. The pool is heated from May 1st to September 30th.
