Notes on additional costs and fees: Please note that during the New Year's Eve week, the property can only be booked weekly at a fixed price, with flexible arrival/departure days. €200 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded minus the additional costs after departure. Costs for electricity (€0.39/kWh), gas (€1.50/m³) and water (€6.50/m³) are billed according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and offset against the paid security deposit. Bed and bath linens can be ordered on request for a fee. The visitor's tax is due before arrival. Parking near the house is free of charge. Another parking space can be rented for a fee. One pet can be booked at extra cost. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency. If, after booking and by decision of the state, a health certificate or similar is required, the renter must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it at the request of the authorities. The exclusive, spacious furnishings (approx. 90 m²) with sauna, fireplace, reading corner and underfloor heating at low heating costs (economical condensing gas boiler) make our beautiful beach house an idyll in every season. The house has many extras, such as 2 baby travel cots, 1 high chair, free Internet, 2 bedrooms with TV, large flat-screen TV and music system in the living room and much more. Even small things such as toys (including Lego and sandbox toys), badminton rackets and pedal car as well as iron, ironing board and hair dryer were thought of. You won't miss anything in this house.
